INDIA-Shah commission's hearing on Odisha mining issue postponed to 19-Apr

The next level of hearing of the justice
M.B.Shah Commission, which was scheduled to start from 13^th of April
to 16^th, has been postponed to 19^th of this month due to
some personal reasons of justice Shah.

This time the probe panel is scheduled to take up
hearing on the detailed blue print of the miners for the overall development of
the two mineral rich but under developed Sundargarh and Keonjhar districts of
Odisha as part of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative. Also
the remaining hearings on violation of Rule 37 of MCR will also be preceded.
