It invites bid for sale of different lots of MS Scrap from its plant at Sesa Sterlite, Jharsuguda (Odisha) & Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO), Chhattisgarh.
The sale of all the materials are strictly on “As is where is”, “No Complaint” and “Wet, Dry or Rusty” basis.
Auction 1: Sesa Sterlite
Quantity: 1,900-2,000 MT (approx) mixed of MS Scrap, TMT, GI sheet, Turning etc.

Auction 2:
Quantity: 1,200-1,300 MT (approx) MS Scrap
Bid Submission Due Date: 17.00 hrs IST on 27 Jan, 2014
Bid Opening Date: 09.00 hrs IST on 28 Jan, 2014
Total Quantity: More than 3,000 MT (approx)
Validity: The e-auction bidders and tender bidders must keep their bids valid for a period of 15 days from the date of closing of e-Auction; excluding the date of closing.
Taxes, Duties & Levies
Quoted bid prices will be excluding of all taxes like Excise Duty, VAT, IT, TCS etc Taxes & duties will be in addition to basic price and will be added at rates applicable at the time of delivery.
Buyer will be responsible for all type of taxes, duties on sale as levied by Central/State Government/ Statutory Bodies/Municipal Authorities etc.
Delivery
After receiving full payment of sale, including ED/VAT/ Sales Tax/TCS & other Charges, seller will issue Sale/Delivery/Release Order to the buyer for lifting the material within the date mentioned in the sale order.
