India: Secondary rebar prices rise further despite limited bookings

Induction grade rebar prices continued the uptrend across the major Indian markets. Despite limited sales today, rebar manufacturers in most of the regions did not cut the prices as they have sufficient future orders in hand. Rebar prices have been rising for the past few days due to costlier raw material and pickup in demand. Prices on a d-o-d basis may remain strong, SteelMint forecasts.
