India: Secondary rebar prices remain strong in western India

Secondary rebar prices have moved up by INR 100-200/t d-o-d on supportive demand and active buying inquiries in major supplying locations of western India. In other regions, despite slow trades, prices remained supported by high raw material costs. Limited trades and lack of buying inquiries pushed manufacturers to adjust their discount offers as per requirement and market scenario, sources told to SteelMint.
