India: SECL, ECL announce Sep’25 coal auctions with diverse grade mix

  • SECL will conduct an auction on 9 Sep’25, offering 524,000 t of coal across G3, G4, G5, G6, G7, G8, G11, and SC-II grades.
  • ECL will follow up with an auction on 10 Sep’25, putting 826,700 t on offer, covering G4, G5, G6, G11, and G12 grades. This expands buyer options with a wider spread of supply.
