The Ludhiana Scrap Traders Association has called off its strike on 11 Jun’21 which saw suspension of ferrous scrap supply to Punjab’s steel industry, as per latest SteelMint reports. Internal disputes between suppliers and buyers have reportedly been resolved with the decision to open scrap prices by the association itself. Price levels are less likely to witness major fluctuations in the near term, trader sources informed SteelMint.
