Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd has secured consent from the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board, Raipur to expand its coal washery at Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, from 0.96 mntpa to 1.8 mtpa. The approval falls under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The company disclosed the development in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
