SAIL has scheduled an auction for 4,000 t (two rakes) of basic grade pig iron on 22 Sep’21 from Bokaro Steel Plant. At the previous auction on 15 Sep, 6,850 t of pig iron was booked at INR 40,630/t exw. The bid price was INR 3,400/t higher compared to the auction on 1 Sep which had been concluded at INR 37,200/t exw.
