- SAIL-Bokaro Steel Plant held two auctions for 4,000 t (2 rakes) and 150 t (by road) steel grade pig iron on 27 July. In both the auctions, the entire quantity received bids at around INR 45,100/t and INR 46,400/t exw, respectively.
- The company’s previous auction from Bokaro held on 20 July for 4,000 t failed to attract buyers.
- Meanwhile, another auction from IISCO (ISP) Burnpur was conducted today in which around 500 t material received bids at around INR 46,000/t exw.
