Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) conducted an auction today for 60,000 t of iron ore tailings (Fe 58%-indicative) from its Barsua mines in Odisha. According to the latest update, the auction failed to attract buyers. The same grade iron ore of 60,000 t was last sold on 20 Aug’22, as per the record maintained by SteelMint.
