PSU steel major SAIL held an auction from its Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) for 5,650 t pig iron on 12th Feb’21. The entire quantity was booked at a weighted average price of 31,700/t – recording a rise of INR 1,200/t compared to the previous auction held by BSP on 03rd Feb’21. SAIL pig iron auctions are garnering active response in all other plants.
