State-owned SAIL has scheduled two auctions for a total of 5,350 t of pig iron, as per SteelMint reports. SAIL’s Bokaro Steel Plant will conduct an auction for 4,850 t (two rakes) while IISCO, Burnpur, will auction 500 t of pig iron, sources confirmed. Both the auctions are scheduled for 7 Jul’21. The previous auction from Bokaro was concluded at INR 36,700/t exw, while that from IISCO received bids at INR 37,450/t exw.
