Indian government-owned SAIL has scheduled two auctions for a total of 11,500 t pig iron. The first auction is to be held on 31 Mar’21 for 2,850 t from Bokaro Steel Plant while the second auction is to be conducted on 03 Apr’21 from Bhilai Steel Plant, Chhattishgarh for 8,650 t. The previous auction from Bokaro was concluded at INR 34,450/t exw and that from Bhilai received bids at INR 36,100/t exw.
