State-owned, Steel Authority of India Ltd. is going to auction 1,100 t (0-3 & 3-10mm) silico manganese (SiMn) from its Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant, Maharashtra on 09 Apr ’21. The previous auction conducted on 31 Mar ’21 received limited response. Out of the 1,500 t SiMn, buyers booked only 400 t at INR 55,100/t (0-3mm) and at an average bid price of INR 71,250/t (3-10mm) exw.
