SAIL-Salem Steel Plant (SSP) concluded a reverse auction for 2,125 t of medium-carbon (MC) silico manganese (Mn:55% min, C: 0.5% max, 10-70 mm) on 12 Aug’24. The entire material was booked at around INR 84,900/t FOR (without GST and GEM portal charges), sources informed.
