SAIL-Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) held an auction for 5,500 t of steel grade pig iron on 8 Jun’24. 3,400t of the quantity were booked at an average price of INR 38,900/t exw. The last auction was conducted for 5,000 t of steel grade pig iron on 31 May’24 in which the entire quantity was booked at an average price of INR 39,700/t exw.
