SAIL’s Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) has posted its best-ever production performance during Apr-Jul’22, SteelMint learnt from sources. The steel major recorded an increase of 5.1% in crude steel output at 1.32 mnt. Hot metal production rose 5.1% to 1.43 mnt, while and saleable steel sales increased by 9.3% to 1.22 mnt compared with corresponding period of last year.
