SAIL’s Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) concluded a reverse auction for 17,000 t of silico manganese (60-15) on 25 May’22. The material was booked at around INR 84,800/t delivered to plant (excluding GST) on 10 days’ credit basis, sources informed. According to SteelMint’s assessment on 25 May, silico manganese (60-14) prices are hovering around INR 82,000-83,500/t exw in Durgapur, Raipur and Visakhapatnam.
