PSU steel major SAIL has revised hot-rolled plate (20-40 mm, E250) prices to INR 63,500/t ($801/t) for July sales. The price is on exy Mumbai basis, excluding GST at 18%. The steel major has reduced prices against early-June’s because of lackluster demand and volatile plate prices in both domestic and overseas platforms.
