State-owned SAIL has issued a purchase tender for 820 t of copper cathode/ingot with a minimum purity of 99.90% for its Bokaro Steel Plant. The bid opening date is 24 Aug’22 and valid till 80 days from the opening of the tender. A reverse auction will be conducted amongst all the technically-qualified bidders except the highest-quoting bidder. The highest quoting bidder will not be allowed to participate in reverse auction.
