State-owned SAIL has invited a purchase tender for 850 t of ferro manganese (550 t of low carbon-IS 1171 Q3 and 300 t with Mn 70%, C 1% max Q3) for its IISCO Steel Plant, Burnpur, West Bengal. The last date of bid submission is 10 Nov’22. A reverse auction would be conducted amongst all the technically qualified bidders except the highest quoting bidder.
