BSL (Bokaro Steel Plant), a unit of SAIL has invited bid to purchase 100,000 MT LAM Coke through Railways. It’ll be supplied within a span of three months, starting from Jan’15 onwards to Mar’15.
Material will be purchased against 100% advance payment towards basic price.
Eligibility Criteria
- Tenderer must be a manufacturer or a supplier of LAM Coke to any PSU/ Government organization/ Steel plants during last 3 preceding years
- Average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be at least INR 1.74 Billion
- Tenderer must’ve experience of supplying a minimum 50,000 MT of material during last 3 financial years
- Few details such as name, location, registration, installed capacity, annual production capacity of LAM Coke plant must be provided by tenderer at the time of submitting bid
- Tenderer must ensure that a full rake should contain not less than 2,300 MT LAM Coke
Specification
- Total Moisture (As received basis): 5% max
- Ash (Dry basis): 12 % max
- Volatile matter (Dry basis): 1% max
- Size: 25-80 mm
Minimum Quantity to be Offered: Tenderer shall offer a minimum of 70,000 MT and offers below it will not be acceptable.
Transportation: Tenderer must look after all the necessary clearances for timely supply of the material.
Dispatch mode: Material in full rakes should be dispatched by Rail to Bokaro Steel Plant.
