Steel Authority of India (SAIL) has further increased list prices of HRC and CRC by another INR 1,500/t ($20/t). This is the fourth round of increase in March. Elevated raw material prices and higher export realisations for flat-rolled products have trigged this hike.
- HRC: INR 72,500-73,500/t ($950-963/t)
- CRC: INR 78,500-79,000/t ($1,029-1,035/t)
Prices are on an exy-Mumbai basis, exclusive of 18% GST.
