SAIL had conducted an auction for 800 t of silico manganese (Mn 52-57%, 0-3mm, 3-10mm) on 28 Apr’22 from the Chandrapur Ferro Alloys Plant in Maharashtra. Out of 800 t, buyers booked only 300 t of different grades of silico manganese in the price range of INR 70,100 – 83,500/t exw, sources informed.
