SAIL’s Chandrapur Ferro Alloys Plant (CFP) conducted an auction for 700 t of silico manganese (Mn 52-57%, 0-3mm, 3-10mm) on 27 May’22 which did not receive any bids due to lack of active participation. Amid muted domestic demand participants showed no interest. The quantity offered in the auction was 700 t, which was left over from the previous auction held on 18 May.
