SAIL’s Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant (CFP) conducted an auction for 600 t of silico manganese (0-10mm, 51-54%mn) on 10 Feb’23. Only 100 t of Mn 58% grade material was booked at INR 68,970/t exw due to weak demand in the domestic market.
SteelMint’s assessment for silico manganese (60-14 grade) prices stood at INR 77,500/t exw-Raipur yesterday.
