Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has cancelled its export tender for 16,200-21,600 t prime mild steel non-alloy hot-rolled coil (HRC) released on 18 Apr’22. The tender was valid till 22 Apr, sources informed SteelMint. The bids received were at $910/t FOB India basis, lower than the company’s expectation which was the key reason behind the cancellation of the tender.
