State-owned Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) conducted an auction today for 10,000 t (60 kg) of full length commercial rails from its flagship Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) in Chhattisgarh. Buyers who participated in the auction booked the entire quantity of 60 kg rails at a weighted average price of INR 42,720/t exw, as per reports provided by sources.
