SAIL’s Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) has invited bids to procure 400 t of high-carbon HC ferro chrome (Cr: 60-70%, C: 6-8%, 25-70 mm). The bid submission deadline is 12 Nov’25. As per the reverse auction qualification rule, the highest-priced bid will be eliminated. BigMint assessed ferro chrome (HC 60%, 10-150 mm) prices at INR 119,000/t ($1,341/t) exw-Jajpur on 31 Oct.
