SAIL’s Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) held an auction for 4,800 t of basic grade pig iron (in 48 units) on 8 Nov’21. Buyers booked the entire quantity at a weighted average price of INR 43,250/t exw. Bid prices decreased by INR 850/t ($11) in comparison with the previous auction on 9 Oct, which was concluded at INR 44,100/t exw.
