SAIL’s Durgapur Steel Plant concluded a reverse auction for 10,000 t of silico manganese grade 60-15 on 13 Apr’22. The material was booked at INR 112,600/t on FOR basis (excl. GST and transaction charges), SteelMint learnt. The ordered quantity shall be delivered within four months. SteelMint’s latest price assessment for silico manganese (60-14) is at around INR 105,000/t ex-Durgapur.
