Two Panamax cargoes of Russian 6000 NAR grade coal were booked at $190/t CIF India basis. The September loading vessel is set to arrive at the eastern coast of the country. Russian coal prices are relatively cheaper than mid-CV South African and Australian coal which are assessed at $230/t. Portside prices of Russian 6000 NAR are at INR 16,500/t ex-Paradip, excluding cess and GST.
