Rungta Mines has reduced Iron ore prices by INR 300/MT and INR 400/MT in Odisha and Jharkhand respectively.
Amid falling demand from Sponge & Pellet manufacturers, one of the largest merchant miners, Rungta Mines has further reduced Iron ore prices. The miner had lowered Iron ore lump prices by INR 400/MT and fines prices by INR 200-300/MT on 1 Jan, 2015.

Recently, Odisha based Serajuddin Mines has also reduced prices by INR 300/MT.
Jharkhand Iron Ore Prices decline by INR 400/MT: Rungta (Jharkhand mines) has declined Iron ore prices in Jharkhand. Fe 63% fines is being offered at INR 3,600/MT (as per loaded into wagons in Jharkhand).
