India: RINL invites Tender for Purchase of 200,000 MT Iron Ore

RINL invites bid through tender to procure 200,000 MT  of Iron ore Lumps and Fines at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on FoR trimmed & CFR (FO) basis.

RINL intends to procure full quantity of 200,000 MT Iron ore (100,000 MT Iron ore Lumps & 100,000 MT Iron ore fines) from single source against each specification.

Eligibility Criteria:

Tenderer must be an established Iron ore mining agencies/producer(s), managing and controlling Iron ore mines and producing Iron ore fines & Iron ore lumps.

Chemical Specifications & Quantity:

Iron ore fines

• Fe: 62% min
• Size: (-)10 mm
• Quantity: 100,000 MT

Iron ore lumps

• Fe: 63% min
• Size: (-)150 mm to +10 mm
• Quantity: 100,000 MT

Total Quantity: 200,000 MT

Bid Currency: Should be in US Dollars/EURO/INR on per MT basis

Due Date: 10.30 hrs IST on 15 Oct, 2014

Delivery

Delivered quantity by sea from imported & indigenous sources should be 50,000 MT +/-5% per month, whereas delivery should be 12 rakes in 1 lot/month from indigenous source.
