India: RINL posts 38% growth in steel sales in Jul’21

State-owned steelmaker, RINL’s Vizag Steel Plant, has achieved best ever monthly results in Jul’21. Highlights:.

• Steel sales grew by 38% to 540,800 t, the highest-ever recorded in July.
• Best ever monthly production of 266,127 t of liquid steel and 258,124 t of crude steel recorded at the new expansion unit SMS-2.
