Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) has increased list prices of long steel products by up to INR 1,000/t ($12/t) from today, sources informed BigMint. Post-revision, effective prices:
- Rebar (16-32mm, IS1786): INR 56,800/t ($679/t).
- Wire rod (5.5-6mm, SAE1008): INR 54,400/t ($650/t).
- Prices are exy-Chennai, excluding GST at 18%.
- Note- Schemes/discounts and rebates are additional on the above prices.
