India: RINL floats around 6,000 t of silico manganese purchase tenders

State-run RINL-Visakhapatnam Steel Plant has floated two high carbon silico manganese purchase tenders – one for 3,070 t (60-15 grade; 40-100 mm size) and another for 2,000 t (60-15 grade; 25-50 mm size). The last date of bid submission for these tenders is 13 Mar’23 and 14 Mar’23 respectively. Bids are valid for 90 days from the submission date. SteelMint assessed silico manganese prices at INR 74,000/t exw-Vizag on 10 Mar’23.
