India: Rebar prices hit over one month-low on demand concerns

IF-route rebar (size 10-25 mm) prices decreased by INR 400/t to INR 50,500/t exw-Raipur. Prices have hit over a one month-low.
However, despite a decline in prices, demand continued to remain low.
1,700 t rebar deals were concluded at INR 50,300-50,700/t exw today.
Market sources informed that buyers have adopted a wait-and-watch mode amid uncertain price movement.
