- IF-route rebar (size 10-25 mm) prices edged down by INR 400/t to INR 44,600/t exw-Raipur. Prices have hit a 11-month low since Dec’21, as per data maintained with SteelMint.
- However, despite a decline in prices, trade activity remained weak. Merely 750 t of deals were recorded between INR 44,500-44,700/t exw.
- Market participants informed that a few buying enquiries were seen from southern India.
