Induction grade rebar prices fell by upto INR 800/t d-o-d in Central India (Raigarh) due to weak demand and limited transactions in the spot market. As per the trade sources, limited buying inquiries and slow trades of rebar since the last few days along with falling semi-finished prices by INR 500-700/t w-o-w pushed rebar manufacturers to adjust their offers. The latest offers for 12-25 mm, IS 1786- 500 Fe rebar stand at INR 41,500-41,700/t exw, however a few traders are also offering at INR 41,200-41,300/t exw over weak sentiments in the Northern region.
