India: Rebar export shipments dip sharply by over 70% in Sep’20

Indian rebar export shipments observed a sharp decline of 70.3% m-o-m in Sep’20 on high domestic realizations. Export shipments stood at 19,590 t against 65,985 t in the previous month, as per the vessel line up data maintained by SteeMint. On a quarterly basis, the same surged by 391.6% and reported at 248,825 t in Q2 FY21 against 50,611 t in Q1 FY21.
