Raipur-based Real Ispat & Power Ltd (GK TMT) has further increased rebar offers by INR 500/t for the second day in a row, as per latest reports. Current offers for 10-25 mm rebar are at INR 49,500/t, exw. Sustained rise in sponge iron and semi-finished steel prices in central India is believed to have triggered the hike in rebar offers, sources told SteelMint.
