Portside prices for S.African RB2 coal are relatively unchanged towards the end of the week. At Gangavaram RB2 prices are assessed at INR 6,600/t, Haldia at INR 7,000/t. No trades were conculded at Vizag but offers remained firm at INR 7,000/t. On the other hand, buyers deferred from booking stock at current price on expectation of a further correction.
