Jharkhand-based steel mills concluded around 2,500 t of billet deals at INR 42,100-42,300/t. However, market sources informed that mills have subsequently increased offers by 200/t to INR 42,500/t exw-Ramgarh.
Around 2,000 t of pellet-based sponge iron (P-DRI) was sold at INR 28,300-28,500/t on exw basis, with the payment condition of 100% advance.
