Induction furnace-route wire rod market remained mostly quiet as buyers were yet to return after holidays. Today, around 1,000 t of deals were concluded by a few manufacturers and traders in Raipur and Raigarh at INR 50,600-50,900/t on exw and FOR basis. Most suppliers said that lifting of the previously booked material is slow and buyers were less active in placing new orders.
