IF-route wire rod market in Raipur saw weak purchase enquiries in today’s trading session. Deals of 650 t were concluded by few resellers at INR 51,900-52,300/t exw. Even as manufacturers floated stable offers at INR 53,100/t exw, no major deal was concluded despite discounts of over INR 500/t. Meanwhile, the wire rod market in Durgapur remained muted due to the festive holidays.
