Primary producers, HZL, Balco, and Hindalco have increased semi-finished prices by up to INR 6,250/t ($82/t), recently. HZL’s refined lead prices moved up by INR 3,900/t to INR 201,000/t and zinc ingots prices remained unchanged at INR 272,100/t. Furthermore, Balco and Hindalco’s effective prices w.e.f 5 Nov’22 were INR 223,250/t and INR 218,500/t respectively, increased by INR 6,250/t, exw and excluding GST.
