India’s primary aluminium producer has increased ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices today by up to INR 3,000/t ($36/t). Post-revision, Hindalco’s prices stood at INR 218,750/t ($2,624/t), up INR 3,000/t. Balco’s prices were at INR 221,750/t ($2,660/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, 3-M aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,285/t.
