India’s primary aluminium producers have decreased ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices today by up to INR 2,000/t ($24/t). Post-revision, Hindalco’s prices stood at INR 212,500/t ($2,557/t), down INR 2,000/t. Balco’s prices stood at INR 215,750/t ($2,596/t), down INR 1,750/t ($21/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, 3-M aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,275/t.
