PSU steel major SAIL held a pig iron auction from its Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP)-Odisha for 6,000 t material on 18 Dec ’20. The entire quantity was booked at a weighted average price of INR 32,600/t exw, recording a rise of INR 1,900/t compared to the previous auction held by RSP on 11 Dec ’20.
